Chee Wei KWAN

Chee Wei has had a 30-year career spanning senior corporate HR roles, HR and leadership consulting,and also leading organization development initiatives in the government/military. Chee Wei spent 3 years with two large Asian family conglomerates – he was the Chief Human Resource Officer at IMC Corp Ltd., and subsequently with RGE as the Head of Strategic HR.

Between 1997 and 2007, he gained his consulting and executive experience leading SHL (now CEB-Gartner) and Watson Wyatt (now Willis Towers Watson) in Asia. He was the founding CEO of the Singapore Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI). Learn More
